HaulClose is the software. Your agency maintains its own carrier relationships, provides dispatch services and agrees its own fees. HaulClose does not source or guarantee freight.
The local pilot includes agency accounts, owner and dispatcher roles, carrier profiles, a dispatch board and agency fee invoices. Create an account to start with your own empty workspace. It is not yet a public production platform.
No. Bring agreed load details into HaulClose from the authorised tools you already use. Direct load-board integrations and automatic booking are not included.
Yes. The preview supports a percentage of the entered eligible freight rate or a flat fee per load. Each load retains the fee rule saved when it was created.
